If you’re not fully satisfied with your sink, simply return it to the original store of purchase or contact us directly for a replacement or refund. If your product qualifies under our warranty terms, we will replace it and stand by our commitment to you.

In no event is Sinkology liable for any damage during or after installation; nor is Sinkology responsible for charges associated with your purchase, including labor, installation charges or any other expenses associated with the defective product. Our warranty applies to Sinkology-brand products only and does not include installation costs. Damage due to abnormal wear and tear will be reviewed on a claim-by-claim basis.
